Students get as many attempts as they need to answer correctly. So it’s going to be easy to get full marks in your theory assignment.
This online First Aid course needs to be completed before the practical training and assessment.

Now comes the fun part. Having completed your online First Aid course, you are now eligible for your face-to-face practical assessment.
This is where you’ll gain absolute clarity, as our First Aid trainer unpacks the vital aspects of your First Aid studies. You’ll hear details from real-world examples that will expand your understanding and consolidate your learning.
In addition, you’ll see best-practice First Aid techniques up close and personal. The expertise in the room will bring your skill levels up and fuel your confidence. Knowing you are doing things correctly, you’ll then comfortably add these techniques to your own First Aid arsenal.
Finally, our experienced trainer will ensure your practical First Aid skills are right in line with the First Aid certificate that will be emailed to you shortly after class is over.

Tips for Your Online First Aid Course
- Download your First Aid eBook [PDF – 4MB].
- Reading relevant to your course is listed in your Welcome email.
- Answer the e-Learning questionnaire, using your eBook to help you.
- Finish and submit your assignment by 11.59pm AEST the day before your face-to-face training.
Tips for Your Face-to-Face First Aid Training
- Completing and submitting your eLearning assignment by the deadline mentioned above is non-negotiable. This is a necessary regulation.
- Plan to arrive 15 minutes before class start time. Late arrivals can find themselves locked out as so much is crammed into the session and running overtime would inconvenience all in attendance.
- Assessment for CPR will require you to perform compressions on a mannikin. Mirroring real-life emergencies, this means the action takes place on the ground. You’ll be kneeling on a hard surface alongside the dummy, so your knees will be tested for at least 2 minutes. Bring a cushion or towel, if you need.
